Privacy in the bathrooms is severely lacking. the shower is in the middle of the room with no barriers, which can be awkward for friends sharing the space. The HVAC system struggles to maintain a comfortable temperature, often running too warm. the parking situation is less than ideal, with limited spots and steep fees for those who drive. the limited dining options for dinner could leave guests scrambling to find meals outside the hotel. Lastly, while the housekeeping did their best, there were reports of cleanliness issues in some rooms, affecting overall comfort.

We had an enjoyable stay with excellent fresh pizza and a very comfortable bed that made our nights peaceful. The spa offered a calming sauna and a relaxing steam room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One small downside was the limited snack options in the minibar, but overall, we left feeling refreshed! 😊

the location of this hotel is super safe and central, which is really cool for exploring. i gotta say the staff were amazin – so friendly and professional! breakfast was just great too, i mean, there's not much else open in the mornin in frankfurt haha. loved that they had free snacks and drinks all day, made it more fun!

the bed linens were a bit of a letdown, one was clean but the other felt not completely clean. also, the furniture seemed a little outdated, especially the weird glass shower in the middle of the room.

The location is central yet not overly busy, ideal for exploring on foot. The staff provided excellent service, responding eagerly to needs and ensuring a pleasant experience. Although the towels and linens could use an upgrade, and the TV lacked sufficient English channels, the breakfast area was inviting, and they gave special consideration for my early departure. The homemade ice-cream was a delightful treat, enhancing my stay further.

Just a decent option for a swift stopover in Frankfurt am Main with great value-to-price ratio. The staff were friendly, but didn’t seem to care much about some of the issues I raised with my room. Try to ask for a room away from connecting doors for some added peace.
